Flags are half-staff Oct 26 until sunset, Oct 30 to honor victims of the Lewiston, Maine shootings.

Gov Carney ordered Delaware flags to half-staff on Oct 11 until sunset on Friday, Oct 13 to honor those who lost their lives due to recent violence in Israel.

Flags have been ordered to half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of US Senator Dianne Feinstein. Flags are to be returned to full staff at sunset on the day of Senator Feinstein’s interment.

POW/MIA flags are flown September 15, 2023, for National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

Sept 11 was designated as Patriot Day in Dec 2001. Flags are flown half-staff on 9/11 to honor the patriotism, service, and community that Americans felt after the attacks on 9/11/2001.
