UD Commencement set for Memorial Day Weekend
Smaller, in-person Commencement ceremonies are set for Memorial Day Weekend. The Class of 2021 will be recognized on Fri 05/28 and Sat 05/29. The Class of 2020 is scheduled for Sun 05/30.
UD resumes indoor dining
Thanks to positive actions by the UD community, indoor dining has resumed at all dining halls and food courts. Guests are asked to use designated entrances and observe COVID-19 campus guidelines. Grab-and-go dining remains available.
All UD employees eligible for COVID-19 vaccine
Per UD HR, the Delaware Division of Public Health is beginning to roll out COVID-19 vaccines to everyone in Phase 1B, including all UD employees. See your supervisor for details on upcoming vaccination events.
Presidential Town Hall – Thurs 03/18, 3p
President Assanis will host a virtual town hall on Thurs 03/18, 3p-4:30p, to provide updates on UD’s progress. Questions may be submitted online by noon, Wed 03/17. Links to submit questions and access UD Live are available on UDaily.
Courtyard Marriott temporarily closing
The Courtyard Marriott on Laird Campus is temporarily closing to support health and safety measures for the remainder of spring semester. Reservations are being accepted for June 1st, 2021 and beyond. (UDaily)
