In the spirit of continuous improvement within the FREAS organization and the University of Delaware, I request 10 minutes of your time to complete the Employee Safety Culture Survey, either online or in paper form. This survey will assess the attitudes toward safety within the FREAS organization – both hourly and salaried employees. With the results, we will target those areas that need particular focus. The survey is a follow-up to the Gallup Engagement survey conducted last Fall where opportunities for improvement were identified and which we are addressing. This is an anonymous survey. No individual employee’s identity will be associated with the survey questions. Remember – we are not looking for right or wrong answers. The University’s Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness is administering this survey and will only share summarized data with FREAS management and the Environmental Health and Safety Department. The survey will close, Friday 8/23.

Thanks to all who have participated thus far. If you haven’t participated, there is still time. Click on the link below and mail it to the address that appears on the last page of the survey.

Please share your thoughts on how we can improve safety within our team so that everyone can go home to their families each day without suffering an injury.
