How do I setup my Pin Number?

When are Vacation and Sick time accruals added to employees' balances?
Professional and Salaried Staff employees will be able to view their accruals added to their balances on the 1st day of each month.
Hourly employees will be able to see their accruals added to their balances on the Tuesday after the last Saturday of the month unless there is an estimated payroll. If so, it will show on the following work day, Tuesday after Monday's payroll is processed.
How do I change my address?
You can access the Demographic Data Form that is located on the HR PeopleSoft System or you can call for an appointment:

• Kathy Michael x2622 for AFSCME and/or Hourly Employees
You will then need to fill out the following paperwork:
• Personal Data form
• Emergency Record form
• W-4 form
This information is entered into HR PeopleSoft system and sent to the Office of HR Systems and Administration.
If I am thinking of retirement, what do I do?
Make an appointment with the UD Benefits office, x2171.
If I need to be placed on Family Medical Leave (FMLA Status), what do I do?
Notify your manager and/or call Caryn Miller, 831-1732, office hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00 noon.
