The Facilities Maintenance and Operations department operates and maintains the University of Delaware's campus in support of the University's teaching, research and community service responsibilities. All University of Delaware students, faculty, staff and visitors are our customers. We are responsible for the operation, protection, and preservation of buildings, grounds and other facilities that comprise the campus of the University of Delaware.
