Confined Space Permit / Help Sheet

If your Confined Space Entry Permits are printing without horizontal lines (as presented in the picture below.) The following steps should correct this issue.

  1. Internet Explorer
    Mozilla Firefox
     
    Tools -> Internet Options File -> Page Setup
     

    Within Internet Explorer click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

    Within Firefox click the File menu and select Page Setup.
     
     

  2. Internet Options->Advanced->Printing
    For Internet Explorer users:

    1. Within Internet Options click on the Advanced tab.
    2. Next, scroll down until the option Print background colors and images is visible.
    3. Click on Print background colors and images this item to check the box and enable the printing of background colors.
    4. Click OK. You are finished and now the Confined Space Entry Permits should print correctly.
     
     
    Page Setup->Format & Options
    For Mozilla Firefox users:

    1. Within Page Setup click on the Format & Options tab.
    2. Next, under the Options section check the Print Background (colors & images) checkbox.
    3. Click OK. You are finished and now the Confined Space Entry Permits should print correctly.
