Having a Web-Based Meeting?
If after you schedule a web-based meeting you receive a confirmation email which includes a link to test your
computer system to see if software needs to be installed prior to the meeting, we request that you run this
test yourself. If this test indicates that you need software installed please submit a CITA Work
Request CWR) to request that this software be installed.
If you are scheduling a web-based meeting which does not supply a link to test your computer system please
submit a CITA Work Request (CWR) so the CITA staff can evaluate the software requirements and make
arrangements to prepare your system.
